I studied logo design and brand identity in this Fall semester. At Lake Washington Technical Institute, I was expected for a long, challenging ride. You might notice such, as we go along.

The Objective: Design a logo for your own (made-up) brand.
Industry: Food/Beverage

I didn't want to waste too much time elaborating the journey of this project, at least not on Behance.com. I've attached my design brief, in the form of a PDF document (Tavern-Logo-Identity Design Brief), to this blog. It's a deeper rundown of the tasks that were put in place for the project's stability. Such further examples include:
- Mock Proposal: Lots of reading, but perhaps the most important in any project. It’s basically a 10–12-page consultation form I give to clients, to better explain the overview of the project in its production. I go over important topics that discuss the distribution of sketches, tools required, method(s) of payment, and therefore concluded with a brief addendum. I like to recall this section as a solid template for future projects.  Overall, I feel the client would appreciate the clarity.
- Brainstorming Process: Perhaps the juiciest section. There are 3 more color palettes, 40 typefaces, 15 sketches, 2 second-drafts, and logo size variations.
- Critical Feedback: Curious about what my classmates thought? Well, today's your lucky day.
