These initial works of concept art are meant to exhibit the "cover art" of a graphic novel I'm working on. It's a take on the concept of "Mother Goose," but perhaps a little more contemporary, as it is otherwise fantastical.

"Father Moose", at its most basic, begins when a suicidal woman is reunited with her childhood imaginary friend, Moosey, whose guess about what's going on in Holly Ransfield's mind is about as good as anyone else's.

I should address, also, that the only painting left available, for personal use, is "Issue No. 1"

.

Further synopsis:
Issue One will introduce the fragmented adventures  Moosey, whom has "risen" and embarks ferocious stories that have left his creator socially dismantled and mentally unhinged.
Issue Two will focus on the consequences of Moosey's implied absence, including a theme park that explores the remnants of a failed alien invasion, on Earth.
Issue Three will dive a little deeper into Moosey's hermit-esque disposition, but the fog clears a bit. Although he'll become more proactive and redefine his inquisitive tactics to face a formidable, aggressive presence, aptly nicknamed "The Volumner," who seeks his destruction.
Issue Four will introduce Moosey with a multi-dimensional ally, who seems to possesses a higher servitude to Holly and her woes.
Issue Five will deliver both the penultimate and ultimate climax of this story, where Moosey is faced with the harsh reality, in relation to his friends and colleagues, all with whom he struggles to cultivate. However this chapter will lead into Issues 6-10, in the near future.
